Ever Want to make your own wine? These folks apparently know how it's done and state on their site that this all they've been doing since 1966. Surely they must be experts, right? I don't have time to be making wine. The only fermenting going on around here is wild yeast for my sourdough and artisan bread, which I find to be way cool. The E.C. Kraus Co. site is really intriguing. They sell kits, offer all sorts of tips and recipes and even have vinegar and soda pop making supplies. This is going to be posted to my "stuff I have to do before I die" list. I guess the p.c. name for that list is now called the bucket list. Did you see the movie The Bucket List? Good wasn't it?
